Municipal guards arrest teenager with imitation firearm in the city center

A team from the Motorcycle Guard Group (GGM) arrested a 15-year-old teenager on Tuesday night (2/9), on Avenida Presidente Vargas, near the Candelária Church, in the Center.

A replica firearm was found with him. According to officers, the teenager was part of a group of five suspects attempting to rob a couple in the area. Upon the arrival of the teams, the other members of the group fled.

The teenager was arrested and taken to the 4th Police Station (Avenida Presidente Vargas), where the case was registered.
