The motorcycle was seized and taken to the Todos os Santos Police Station - Rio City Hall A team from the Motorcycle Guard Group (GGM) arrested a 8-year-old motorcyclist on Saturday afternoon (July 7), who was caught without a helmet on Avenida Amaro Cavalcanti, near number 35, in Méier, North Zone of Rio. During the approach, the agents verified that the motorcyclist did not have the vehicle's documentation.
According to the municipal guards, the man tried to escape from the teams, but was detained and taken along with the motorcycle to the 26th DP (Todos os Santos), where the case was registered based on articles 330 and 309 of the Penal Code.
