– We are starting the construction, it will still take a while for the kids to be able to skate here, but this is a project that does everything, storm water drainage, sewage system, sidewalk. Everything is in order, as you have seen happen in so many neighborhoods. And this is only possible because we managed to fix the house – said Mayor Eduardo Paes.

Still in Santa Cruz, in the Canaã community, the City of Rio will invest R$6,1 million to repair the asphalt and sidewalks and recover the drainage and sewage systems at 15 addresses in the community, in a total area of 15,9 m².

– The Maravilha Oeste neighborhood is a program that we have traditionally implemented, bringing drainage, sewage and rainwater networks, ensuring the urban infrastructure that does not exist in these locations. In addition, the streets and sidewalks are paved, also with a focus on accessibility for residents and improving the conditions for using the space – said the Secretary of Infrastructure, Jessick Trairi.

Finally, in the Sepetiba region, the arrival of the Maravilha Neighborhood at Sítio do Coronel was announced.
