Registration is now open for the Integrity Agents training program.

São Sebastião Administrative Center (Cass), headquarters of the City Hall - Rafael Catarcione/City Hall of Rio The City Hall of Rio de Janeiro, through the Municipal Secretariat of Integrity and Transparency (SMIT), has opened registrations for the second training course for Integrity Agents. The initiative is aimed at municipal employees interested in acting as representatives in disseminating good integrity practices within their respective departments, voluntarily contributing to the promotion of a culture of integrity.
Civil servants wishing to join the program must register by January 22, 2026. Those interested should send an email to agentesdaintegridade@prefeitura.rio, accompanied by the registration form and a letter of interest. A total of 30 places are offered, with training expected throughout 2026. The rules and other information are available in Resolution SMIT No. 18/2025, which establishes the call for applications for the second cohort.
The Integrity Agents Program aims to strengthen ethics and transparency in municipal public management.
– Integrity is the consistency of actions in accordance with one's values. Being an agent is not only about acting with integrity, but also about propagating it – said Luan Moraes, Integrity Agent from the first training class.
