JUVRio's introductory course to the world of work is now open for registration

Registration is now open for 40 places on the Introduction to the World of Work training course offered by the Special Secretariat for Rio de Janeiro Youth (JUVrio) in partnership with the University Movement Foundation for Economic and Social Development. Classes will be held at Casa da Juventude, located at Avenida Sargento de Milícias, s/n, in Pavuna.

The course offers guidance and training on topics related to the world of work in order to expand the possibilities for young people to enter new employment opportunities. The course methodology includes theoretical and practical activities and workshops on interpersonal and digital skills that strengthen young people's access to job opportunities, based on participatory techniques such as videos, games and group dynamics.

Activities will take place twice a week in groups on Mondays and Wednesdays and Tuesdays and Thursdays. Four hours per class will be offered. Classes will begin on October 13th.
