Estácio Youth Space opens 180 vacancies in free courses of the Conecta JUV project

The courses will be held from July 28th to September 1st at the Estácio unit of Youth Spaces - Laryssa Lomenha/JUVrio Registration is open until July 18 for 180 places on Conecta JUV courses, a program by Usina de Startup in partnership with the Secretaria da Juventude Carioca (JUVrio), a free course focused on developing traditional skills most in demand by the job market. The courses will be held from July 28 to September 1 at the Estácio unit of Espaços da Juventude. To register, simply fill out the form at secretary profile.
In total, five courses are available: Communication, Language and Content; Networking and Professional Image; Customer Service; Sales with Purpose; After-Sales and Customer Relations. Students will be able to take classes in the morning (8 am to 12 pm) and afternoon (13 pm to 19 pm) courses, with two hours of classes per day, with a total workload of 12 hours. Those who complete the course will be entitled to a certificate of completion.
Conecta JUV Courses
In the Communication, Language and Content course, participants develop formal and informal writing skills, text interpretation, content production for social networks and oral expression, with a focus on media training. The Networking and Professional Image module teaches personal presentation techniques, positioning in the digital environment, behavior at events and corporate etiquette.
The Customer Service course trains young people to provide excellent customer service, both in person and online, addressing conflict management and ethical behavior. In Sales with Purpose, students learn the fundamentals of consultative selling, negotiation techniques, the customer journey, and sales strategies in the digital environment.
The After-Sales and Customer Relations content presents tools for loyalty, complaints management, creating positive experiences and analyzing success indicators, such as NPS and retention rate.
The initiative is part of JUVRio's strategy to expand young people's access to training and employability opportunities, connecting practical education to real market demands. Since its creation, the Youth Spaces have certified 32.576 young people in areas related to the professions of the future. In a welcoming, inclusive environment equipped with cutting-edge technology, participants have access to tools and knowledge aligned with the demands of the innovation-oriented job market.
