Young people from Pavuna learn how to prepare CVs in a course run by the Youth Secretariat and Mudes Foundation

In the first module, young people learned how to create their own CV - Rio City Hall The first module of Prepara Jovem has begun. This training program is aimed at young people aged 14 to 21 and will run until March 30 at Casa da Juventude da Pavuna, in the city's North Zone. In the first classes, students learned how to create their own resumes and get ahead when they go looking for their first job. The training program aims to train boys and girls who want to enter the job market and receive social and professional guidance for their future careers. This action is an expansion of the successful partnership between the Special Secretariat for Rio de Janeiro Youth (JUVrio) and the Fundação Movimento Universitário de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social (Mudes).
In the first module, with in-person classes in the morning and afternoon, young people will dive headfirst into the topic of Personal Management, to develop self-knowledge and develop their life and career plans. This Friday (25/3) registrations for the Basic Computer Science module (Office Package) will begin. Young people will be able to register until April 1st. The last module will be Digital Marketing and information about registrations will be released on the official channels of JUVRio and Fundação Mudes.
Prepara Jovem is a social project by Fundação Mudes in partnership with JUVRio, and is part of Emprega JUV, JUVRio's employability program that aims to help young people from Rio de Janeiro find a job opportunity, promoting their development through professional guidance and qualifications and offering opportunities for insertion in the job market. Since its launch in 2021, Emprega JUV has already reached more than four thousand young people from the city of Rio in the areas of audiovisual, health, photography and cocktail making, for example.
