Youth Secretariat offers 3.500 places for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Industry courses

Opportunities for technological courses have already trained more than 26 thousand young people in the world of Industry 4.0 - Laryssa Lomenha/JUVRio

Registration is open from March 17 to 31 for 3.500 spots on Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Industry courses offered by the Rio de Janeiro Youth Secretariat (JUVRio). Classes will be held from April 1 to 30, in the morning, afternoon and evening shifts, at all seven public facilities of the Rio de Janeiro City Hall, located in the following neighborhoods: Estácio, Madureira, Cidade de Deus, Vigário Geral, Vargem Pequena, Jacarezinho and Campo Grande. Young people aged 15 to 29 from Rio de Janeiro are eligible to participate. To participate, simply fill out the form available on the Secretariat's social media profile: www.instagram.com/juvrio.

More than 26 young people have already been trained in the professions of the future at the Youth Spaces. In a welcoming, inclusive and fully technological environment, young people learn how to use the tools and knowledge most in demand in the innovation job market. Each unit offers 250 places per course, with monthly classes. All courses at the Spaces have a certificate of completion.

Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Industry

In Artificial Intelligence, young people will be encouraged to explore the potential of Artificial Intelligence, understanding everything from fundamental concepts and automation to the strategic creation of prompts. The course addresses practical applications of AI, innovative trends and the principles of ethics and responsibility in the use of technology.

In the Advanced Industry course, classes will cover the concepts of Industry 4.0 and its pillars and the insertion of intelligence and connectivity into the manufacturing process of everyday products.

Youth Spaces regularly offer vacancies for other courses as well: DJ, Drone Operation, 3D Printing, Business IT and Mobile Programming, Robotics, Social Media and Game Design.
