Express module at Penha I station reopens after renovations

Penha I station underwent renovations - Disclosure MOBI-Rio announces the reopening of the express module at Penha I station on Friday afternoon (16/9), after renovations. The stopping module had already undergone renovations, which were completed on August 31. In total, 67 stations have been remodeled in the BRT system since March 2021.
The renovation of Penha I followed the pattern previously adopted at other BRT stations, replacing glass doors with hollow steel plates. Other changes include built-in wiring and doors with automatic locks and armored mechanisms.
