CITY HALL CLOSES BAKERY IN THE NORTH ZONE DUE TO TERRIBLE SANITARY AND HYGIENIC CONDITIONS

The Health Surveillance Subsecretariat closed down a bakery this Wednesday (02/09) in the city's North Zone. In a joint action, technicians from the department linked to the Municipal Health Department (SMS) and agents from the Consumer Protection Police Station (Decon) responded to a call from Central 1746, at Avenida Dom Hélder Câmara 6001, store A, in Engenho de Dentro. At the location, the teams found poor hygiene and sanitary conditions and a lack of compliance with Covid-19 prevention measures.

PARTIAL CLOSURES ON THE BRT TRANSBRASIL STARTING THIS THURSDAY (03/09)

The City of Rio, through CET-Rio, informs that starting Thursday (03/08) Av. Brasil will be partially closed to facilitate Transbrasil services. No impact on traffic is expected, as the interventions will occur in the direction of the road with less traffic.

COMLURB PROMOTES MORE SPECIAL CLEANING OPERATIONS IN COMMUNITIES

Comlurb carried out more special sanitation operations this Wednesday (September 02) in several communities in the city. The initiative, which began in Rocinha on April 09 and aims to reduce the risk of contamination by the new coronavirus, has already been extended to all 9 communities in the city. The cleaning is done with recycled water and neutral detergent, and hypochlorite in the sprayers.
