Municipal guards from the Special Operations Group (GOE) arrested two men, aged 31 and 41, on the 31 de Março Viaduct, in the Central Region of Rio, on the morning of Wednesday (12/03). The suspects were caught carrying a support pole for street signs, and when approached, they reported that they had found the equipment fallen in front of the Post Office on Avenida Presidente Vargas. With one of them, the teams found a razor and drug consumption material. They were taken to the 6th DP (Cidade Nova), where the case was registered.
