Municipal guards from the Special Operations Group (GOE) arrested a 16-year-old man on Sunday (03/35) who was selling counterfeit tickets in the vicinity of the Maracanã Stadium, in the North Zone. The arrest took place during the final game of the Campeonato Carioca, between Flamengo and Fluminense.

The action was prompted by a fan who reported having been deceived by two men, who sold fake tickets for the game for R$900,00. After making the payment via Pix, the fan discovered that the tickets were fraudulent. One of the accused was identified and taken to the Special Criminal Court (Jecrim), at the stadium, where the incident was registered as fraud (article 171 of the Penal Code).
