The Rio City Hall carried out, this Saturday (04), a large integrated cleaning operation in the Lins Complex, bringing together teams from the Subprefecture of Large Complexes and Comlurb. The initiative brought reinforcement of urban services to the communities of Cachoeirinha, Árvore Seca, Barro Vermelho and Vila Cabuçu.

In total, 161 sanitation workers were mobilized in the task force, which also had the operational support of the Subprefecture. The teams carried out tasks such as manual weeding, mechanized mowing, soil scraping, gutter cleaning, waste removal, and hydraulic washing with reused water and soap. These actions are fundamental for improving the hygiene and conservation conditions of public spaces.

The Deputy Mayor for Large Complexes, Marlí Peçanha, highlighted that the initiative is part of a broader strategy of action in vulnerable areas.
