Procon nos Bairros will be in Padre Miguel this Thursday and Friday

The itinerant service of Procon Carioca, an agency linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Citizenship, travels through neighborhoods throughout the city and, this Thursday and Friday (09 and 10/02), the Procon nos Bairros team will be in Padre Miguel.

On Thursday, the event will take place on Rua Figueiredo Camargo (near Charme). On Friday, the team will be on Rua Marechal Marciano, on the corner of Rua Boa União. Customer service hours will be from 10 am to 15 pm.

Consumers interested in filing complaints or clarifying doubts about their rights must bring copies of their personal documents, in addition to proof of purchase of the product or service contracted, such as bills and invoices.

 

– Providing services to consumers in all regions of the city to speed up the resolution of their demands is the objective of Procon Carioca’s traveling actions – says Igor Costa, the organization’s executive director.

 

Light staff will also be present to assist citizens. The company will also offer to exchange used bulbs for LED bulbs. It is necessary to present electricity bills.

During the service, complaints will be forwarded directly to the companies, which will have a period of ten days to resolve the issues.
