Pavão-Pavãozinho Inclined Plan is delivered to residents completely renovated

The Inclined Plane transports around 4,5 people per day - Alexandre Farah/City of Rio Residents of the Pavão-Pavãozinho Community in Copacabana can now once again count on a brand new inclined plane to go up and down from the top of the community. Around 4,5 people use this transport every day. The fifth station of the equipment, which was hit by a landslide due to heavy rains in 2021, has been recovered and is now in operation.
Rioluz developed the project, which includes the manufacture of a new chassis, assembly, restoration of the engine room and revitalization of the stations, with installation of coverings, painting and placement of benches.
