Carnival 2022: See here all the information about the Sapucaí and Intendente parades and the Terreirão shows

The samba school parades for Carnival 2022 are taking place at Marquês de Sapucaí and Intendente Magalhães. There are also musical attractions for revelers at Terreirão. The street carnival has been canceled.

There will be six days of parades at the Sambadrome, from Wednesday (20/04) to Thursday (21/04), with the Série Ouro schools, organized by the RJ League. On Friday (22/04) and Saturday (23/04), the presentations will be by the Special Group schools, from the League of Samba Schools (Liesa). On Sunday (24/04), the kids will take to the avenue for the children's parades. The counting will take place on Tuesday (26/04), at Apoteose. On the following Saturday (30/04), the six best-placed schools from the Special Group will parade again.
