Terreirão do Samba reopens for Carnival 2022

On Wednesday (20/4), Rio City Hall, through Riotur, opens the concert season at Terreirão do Samba Nelson Sargento. The space will be reopened for this year's Carnival celebrations with a program dedicated to samba. There will be five days of concerts starting at 19 pm.

The event marks the debut of Paulinho da Viola at the venue, in addition to featuring illustrious figures of the genre, such as Alcione, Tereza Cristina, Tia Surica and Moacyr Luz and Samba do Trabalhador. The full ticket price is R$20 and the half ticket price is R$10. Terreirão do Samba is located at Rua Benedito Hipólito, 66, in the city center.

Appointments: Carnival City Hall of Rio programming reopening Riotur Samba Terreirão
