Trabalha Rio teams register workers' CVs - Roberto Moreyra/SMTE Professionals who are looking for a job have a meeting scheduled this Wednesday (19/3) with the Trabalha Rio team in Realengo. The service for registering resumes and referring workers to partner companies of the Secretariat of Labor and Income (SMTE) will be open from 10 am to 14 pm at Rua Miranda Correia, 35. On Thursday (20/), also from 10 am to 14 pm, Trabalha Rio will be on duty at FAF, at Rua Maranhão 1.057, in Lins. On Saturday (22/3), the SMTE van will head to Escola Alina de Brito, at Avenida dos Bandeirantes, 4.450, in Curicica.
– We know that people looking for opportunities have difficulty getting around the city. That’s why every week we take Trabalha Rio to different neighborhoods in Rio. And we’ve been encouraging companies to get to know our Workers’ Centers. Last Tuesday, a large supermarket chain was at CIAD interviewing people with disabilities to fill 15 vacancies for people with disabilities – said the municipal secretary of Labor and Income, Manoel Vieira.
To participate in Trabalha Rio, in addition to an identity document and CPF, those interested in registering in the SMTE job bank must bring their work card, PIS and resume to the service locations. Those who cannot attend the itinerant actions can register at opportunity bank from SMTE.
People without access to the network can also register in person at one of the seven offices of the Workers' Central, at the following addresses: Centro (Av. Presidente Vargas, 1.997, at CIAD); Campo Grande (Rua Coxilha, s/nº); Engenho Novo (Rua Vinte Quatro de Maio, 931); Ilha do Governador (Estrada do Dendê, 2.080); Jacarepaguá (Av. Geremário Dantas, 1.400, rooms 248 and 268); Santa Cruz (Rua Lopes de Moura, 58) and Tijuca (Rua Camaragibe, 25). The offices are open from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 16 pm.
SMTE shares are disclosed in the website of the secretariat and on Instagram (@trabalho.rio).
